Directories, Messaging, Smart Meetings


  • Directory listings for attendees and exhibitors display demographic fields to filter the list.
  • Attendees can view their profile, update their information and opt-in or out of the directory.
  • Add individuals to the directory based on attendee type.
  • Enable messaging for specific attendees & exhibitors.
  • Exhibitors who have messaging rights can receive and send messages to attendees from their booth.
  • Opt-in to smart meetings to request or accept in-person or virtual meetings.

Create Directory Listings

Fields collected in attendee registration or exhibitor set up used create directory listings. Individuals can look at their contact card and update the information. Directories are accessed in the Community section of the attendee or exhibitor dashboard.

  Search & Add Filters

Customize the directory table for attendees to filter the directory and tag individuals with common interests.  Search by name, company or other custom demographic fields.

  Turn on Messaging

Messaging allows attendees to receive and send text-based chats with each other and chat with booth staff inside a virtual booth.
