Sessions & Keynotes
Sessions and keynotes are added to the portal, displayed in the agenda, and in the attendee dashboard. Register attendees for all sessions, sessions by attendee type or allow them to select their own. We will select the right conferencing solution, prepare the session leaders and get session recordings ready for on-demand viewing.
We set up the technology to register attendees or connect to an external registration system. Attendees receive welcome emails to guide them through the login process and land on a customized dashboard with event messaging and navigational tiles. The platform automates attendee communication, interactive forums and activity reporting.
Exhibitors & Sponsors
Cloud Conventions sets up templates for virtual booths and onboards and manages exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring their booths are ready for your audience. We will set up advertising throughout the portal, custom messages and newsletters promoting your sponsors, and help you design a sponsorship and exhibitor package.
