The Technology

After your event has concluded, keep the portal online for a period of time for attendees to come back and watch recorded sessions or explore the content found in the booths.  The site analytics will let you know who is coming back to explore your content and provide additional ROI for exhibitors and sponsors.

Portal Access

Turn off attendee and exhibitor logins so you can reconfigure the platform for the next event.  If portions of your portal were viewable without a login, set your portal to “private” so it is hidden until you are ready to reveal the next conference or trade show.

Attendee Management

Keep attendee records inside the portal to solicit them to attend the next event.  Attendees automatically have their email recorded for you to simply offer them “pre-registration”.  Or transfer the attendee records to the prospect database and then start over with new registration for the upcoming event.

Exhibitors Management

Let exhibitors keep the same virtual booths and refresh them for the next event.  Exhibitors have control over the content that they add and can remove and replace any post.  Have exhibitors onboard new booth staff, create new show specials, and add sessions for the upcoming event.
